Hadley's first climbing experience

Being the patient man I am, I waited two long years before introducing Hadley to the climbing gym. Lauren took a much deserved girls weekend skiing up in Breckenridge and Hadley and I had a good bit of time to hang out, just the two of us. Our activities included going to the park, wrestling with Buddy in the backyard, and Haddy's first trip to the climbing gym. She didn't climb to much, but she sure liked jumping on the big soft mats scattered all over the place. We'll get her up on a rope in no time.

Snowshoeing!

Hadley, Diane, Buddy and I went snowshoeing with our good friends Bob and Lindsey.
up in Chautauqua after a snowstorm of about 1 foot. A great time was had by all. Hadley rode on my back most of the way, then decided that she would walk+run along the trail in knee deep snow. Bob and Lindsey also towed her in her slide for quite some time, which proved to be very enjoyable. Bob and I did a run in the sled down the 'ski jump hill' in Chautauqua and returned covered in snow. Quite the wilderness experience.
